2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and operate the MineOps platform services; to enable approval workflows and operational reporting; to maintain safety and compliance records as required by mining regulations; to generate shift reports, weekly reports, and KPI dashboards; to provide technical support and resolve issues; and to improve platform performance and user experience.

All data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; encrypted database storage using AWS RDS; role-based access control, so users only access data relevant to their assigned role; authentication via AWS Cognito with secure token management; and regular automated database backups.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances: with your organisation's authorised administrators and managers as part of normal platform operation; with AWS as our cloud infrastructure provider, subject to their privacy and security standards; and when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Access Control
The MineOps platform is a closed, invitation-only system. Access is granted exclusively by your organisation administrator. Users cannot self-register. Each user is assigned a specific role that determines what data they can view and what actions they can perform.
6. Data Retention
Operational data is retained for the duration of your organisation's active subscription. Upon termination of services, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless longer retention is required by applicable mining regulations or legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and associated data; and object to processing of your personal information. 8. Children's Privacy
MineOps is a professional platform intended for use by adults in the mining industry. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
