SCADA readings stream in every few minutes beside the operators' hourly entries — machine truth and human truth on one timeline, reviewed by foreman, manager, and metallurgist.

The compiled report climbs the chain from shift boss to mine manager. The approved totals are snapshotted, the PDF is generated, and the same numbers flow into invoicing.
