Our mission is to give every open-pit operation — not just the majors with nine-figure IT budgets — a single, real-time, accountable record of what actually happened on shift: what was mined, what was hauled, what was inspected, what broke, what was approved, and what it's worth.
MineOps was founded in South Africa and built shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who run coal operations: operators, shift bosses, SHE officers, plant foremen, metallurgists, and mine managers. [Origin narrative — founding story to be supplied]

Approval chains, role-gated actions, and immutable signed numbers aren't bureaucracy — they're what makes an operational number worth acting on. Systems should make accountability easier than avoidance.
